UPROAR: Dutch bout between Jimmy Lightning and Mark Benjamin

The audience in Mechelen was able to make an acquaintance with two Dutch wrestlers who each in turn fell short despite an amazing match.

Two-time PWA Tag Team champion Jimmy Lightning got an opportunity with his Hard Rock Inc. teammate Jeff McCready to win the gold for the third time when they entered in the Tag Team Turmoil match. The Hard Rock Inc. men looked unstoppable when they took down the teams of Cyborg & Lucius Ashdown and Joel Vox & Jay List. But then they met the champions who, with fresh energy, were the last entrants in the Turmoil match. Even though Jimmy and Jeff never let up, the champions came out on top anyway.

Earlier that night Mark Benjamin face arch-nemesis Nate Devlin in a grudge match. The two have a very troubled history within Pro Wrestling Allstars. Fan favourite Benjamin had set his sights on a second victory over Nate, but that did not work out as planned. In a desperate action Devlin shoved the referee into the ropes which caused Benjamin lost his balance on the top rope, and later on Nate once again used the ropes to gain extra leverage for the pin.

Both men have shown an intense bloodlust to the audience in Mechelen, but only one of them will come out on top. Will it be Jimmy Lightning’s brute strength, or Mark Benjamin’s speed and technique?
